This dress is made in stretchy shiny vinyl
The collar and sleeves are padded
There are a kitty face and paws cut-outs with clear sparkly plastic inside
It is also possible to choose hearts and stars
The dress is bordered with a big pompoms trim but it can be replaced by a padded vinyl border
Length can be 70cm / 27.6in or slightly longer
